Ordering

Where do I enter my discount code?

Enter your discount code at last stage of checkout.

(Discount codes can not be used in conjunction with any other offers.)

How will I know my order has been placed correctly?

Upon placing your order you will receive an order confirmation email. As soon as the order has been dispatched a tracking number will be sent via email.

We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24 hours from the time you place your order and usually dispatched the same day if the order is placed before 10am GMT.

Any orders placed on the weekend or on the UK bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

Can I make changes to my order?

We ask you contact us as soon as possible as we process orders promptly, however if you have already received the shipping confirmation email we are unable to make any changes to an order once it's been dispatched.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it.

How can I track my order?

Your tracking details are provided on your shipping confirmation email. If you are unable to find the confirmation in your inbox, please check your spam mail just in case.

For overseas customers, if tracking is available for your country, we will provide details of it in the shipping confirmation email, please note a tracking delivery date may not be assigned until the package has entered your country of destination.

Do you deliver overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

What are your delivery costs and times?

UK (£1.99) 2-3 working days

Europe (£8.99) 3-5 working days

USA & Canada (£14.99) 6-7 working days

Australia & New Zealand (£19.99) 6-7 working days

Rest of the World (£19.99) 6-7 working days

Europe includes the following countries:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Sweden.

Custom charges & government duties

We are not responsible for customs charges that may occur at your local customs and unfortunately have no influence on the time needed for packages to pass through customs, so please bear in mind packages may take slightly longer to arrive once they enter you country. You the buyer are 100% responsible for the local custom charges at your destination.

Please note: Orders over 2 boxes may incur duty & customs charges in some countries.

Returns & Refunds

How do I return my order?

We are confident you’ll love your purchase, but if you decide it’s not for you, we do offer a 14 day peace of mind guarantee which starts on the day you receive the item.

Please note you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item/s.

We advise you to send your return via a traceable method or ask for proof of postage if using Royal Mail.
